He was born in the Philippines in the 1920's and apprenticed under Philippine National Artist Fernando Amorsolo. 

He  lived in Richmond Virginia until he was into his 80's then retired back to the Philippines. 

He is an international artist and his exhibitions have spanned worldwide. 

His works hang in numerous museums and his work is also owned by celebrities such as NFL player Stanley Richards and Magic Johnson,who paid 2 million for one of his paintings, 

Mrs. Imelda, President and first lady Fidel Ramos, and Rear Adm. Herman Kossler.
