The final 600+ photos,  we have been working hard clearing out the trash and finding treasures in this antique hoarders -4000 sq ft warehouse. We plan to have everything priced by the time the sale begins but with over 100,000 items there is no doubt will will have missed something, plus the family is suppose to bring us apx 10 more boxes from his personal home that we will not even get to see until 3/14... soooooo...... there are items that will not even be shown in photos...  Please BEWARE, I can promise you everything is dusty to sometimes even dirty, bring gloves with you if you want. some narrow paths and watch your step at doors and into the container.

As always I am under contract with the estate and accountable to the estate executor. Prices begin at fair market value based on value and condition. Prices decrease as the sale progresses,We welcome buy out offers or lot offers at any time, however we are more motivated with buy out offers on the last day... I will always accept offers on any item to consider on behalf of the family and strive to make this a win, win, win for everyone.

Sunday 50% off or best offer, cash preferred plastic accepted +3% processing fee

PARKING- there is plenty of safe off the road parking OUTSIDE the gate, please park outside the gate off the roadway, it is a short walk up.  There will be limited Handicap parking & Pick UP only thru the gate closer to the building. 

SIGN UP-  I will post a sign up sheet at 8am at the gate on Thursday & Sunday only,  gates will open at apx 8:55 and we will line up according to sign up sheet at that time closer to the building.  Doors opening promptly at 9am. NO EARLY BIRDS 

PURSES- please NO large purses, keep your purses to 6" or smaller and keep them zipped for your protection.  

SHOPPING TOTES/BAGS- as always you are welcome to bring your own shopping bags in order to keep our items close at hand while shopping.  Please have them empty and folded upon entering and you may be asked to provide a receipt when leaving, please get your receipt when checking out.  

GROCERY BAGS- we always welcome your donated grocery bags for use at checkout, also in need of newspaper for wrapping.  thank you in advance  

NOT FOR SALE- anything behind plastic coverings ARE NOT FOR SALE.. these are private personal items that had to remain in place please respect this and stay out. 

REMOVAL & PICK UP- as you will see we are packed in.. we are requesting IF AT ALL POSSIBLE to plan on picking up your larger items between the hours of 1pm-4pm during our slower times...   3 of the Large Industrial steel racks will be for sale,  after purchasing you will need to schedule a day/time to disassemble and remove the week after the sale.  

HOLD TABLES- will be outside the building  but I recommend starting your own little pile anywhere outside within our orange fenced off area and I highly recommend you bring an extra person to watch your stash... there is no way any of my staff will be able to keep up with this. 

CHECK OUT- will be under a tent outside and to help this process go faster, place your items only to YOUR LEFT of the cashier after it is rung up, Debbie will place it to your right of cashier,  the table to the right of cashier is a DIY wrapping and bagging. I have learned over the years I either wrap to well for some and not well enough for others so I allow you to wrap to your liking plus this held the check out line go faster.    PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR RECEIPT AS YOU WILL BE ASK TO PRESENT YOUR PAID RECEIPT AS DEPARTING. 

TAXES- I will be collecting local 6.5% sales tax ... if you have a resell tax certificate please email to me at estatesales352@gmail.com or present prior to checking out
